As part of The Trinity Design Group’s ongoing environmental initiatives under the TDG EnviroCare, THE TRINITY DESIGN GROUP, LLC has established customized solutions for 3rd Party Logistics Organizations servicing the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods Industry.

In late 2010, the EPA passed significant regulations and requirements surrounding the disposal of hazardous materials found in the pharmaceutical and consumer industry. The new requirements were adopted by several States such as **Ohio, the home of many 3PL providers.

These changes effect regulated disposal and the warehousing of items to be disposed of by EPA ID. Ohio is used as just one example of the increasing regulations and legislation affecting the 3rd Party Logistics Industry.

Trinity offers a complete service to this industry to provide cost savings and security to both the 3rd party logistics provider and their clients. These services are especially useful for the companies providing branding, sampling, sales staff fulfillment, etc. These are the organizations outside of the retail environment that are not incorporated into the same circle of companies covered by reclamation, rework and recall programs.

  • Evaluation of materials handled (Warehoused & Inventoried) for determination of EPA ID needs
  • Warehouse set up consultation based on EPA ID regulations by state & federal laws
  • Product identification for end of life incineration or recycling (Expiration date tracking & Reminders)
  • Coordination and handling of destruction of materials including certificate of destruction (Witnessed & Non witnessed destruction services available)
  • Notification of client patent approvals, changes, re-labeling & recalls
  • Use of certified, responsible recyclers & incinerators’ (All facilities are audited and inspected bi-annually by Trinity and follow Federal guidelines and ISO certifications)
